An Italian dish that translates to Pasta with Sausage, it has a very exciting and pleasing taste. It was a dish revised by my mum that tastes fantastically good.
Ingredients
4 pork and fennel sausages
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
400g (approximately) of pasta
handful of rocket
1 garlic
olive oil
Method
Boil some water
Cut the sausages into about 2cm pieces and fry them in olive oil till cooked through then take them and put them aside
Add the pasta to the boiling water
Chop the garlic
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves
Fry the garlic in olive oil and add cherry tomatoes (make sure they don't get too mushy)
Add the sausages to heat them up
Drain the pasta
Add the pasta to the frying stuff and add the rocket till it wilts
Serve with grated pecorino cheese
The pecorino is only optional as you can have other cheese or no cheese at all. This is a very tasty, satisfying and filling dish. In other words, it is bellisimo!
